Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, services, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and market gaps.
  • Lead sales forecasting and budgeting efforts to ensure alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the sales team to foster a high-performance culture and drive results.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, tools, and systems for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in sales management and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, customer acquisition strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SniperCRM, etc.) and Microsoft Office suite.
