Position Summary

  1. Review each sales processes including contract, PO(Purchase Order), supply projection, invoice, inventory, and other sales tasks and provide guidance to relevant sales team to make them comply with these processes.

  2. Aggregate monthly performances of each year and month and analyze the gap between the actual and the target to share the results with the sales team and set their new targets.

  3. Check the validity of the marketing budget and adjust the budget expenditure of each sales departments.

  4. Improve the accuracy of supply projection and optimize the logistics process.


Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for budget & marketing activities submssion.
  • Check the evidences for payment and get the missing evidences and invoice from the account.
  • Handle third parties contractual agreements and T&Cs.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (finance and TV team).
  • Prepare sales performance and GSCM reports.
  • Provide analytical recommendations and action items based on report findings.
  • Prepare Powerpoint presentations for PM activties.
  • Track Sell through & Sell out progress and target achievement.

Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background:
Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar job.

Skills:Stong Excel & Powerpoint skills.

Strong Time management skills.
