We are hiring for our office in Piraeus a Customer Loyalty Representative!

The Customer Loyalty Representative is responsible of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met, according to Arkas Hellas Group policies and values. He/She is a key player in promoting positive customer experience, self
- care tools for customers and for handling daily business needs as a reliable partner for customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely and effective response to general inquiries and queries, or escalation if unable to deal with completely or accurately
  • Record and update information on ERP system
  • Correspond with the agents informing them about booking details
  • Follow up booking progress and act proactively to prevent problems
  • Provide detailed information to the customers regarding the status of their shipments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Shipping or Logistics studies from reputable University
  • Master’s Degree would be an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of relative experience in Transportation
  • Computer literacy at very good level
  • Very good knowledge of English (verbal/written)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) with customer focus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate with team and cross-functionally
  • Ability to work under pressure
