Pantheon Tankers is in search of a C&I Manager, who will be responsible for marine insurance renewals including P&I, H&M, medical claims and war risks for a diversified fleet of Tankers, Bulkers and LNG carriers.
The C&I Manager will manage claims from beginning to settlement and liaise with internal teams for any claims that arise from the fleet of vessels.
Required qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in similar position at a senior level.
- Proven experience in marine insurance management
- Degree in Maritime Law, Finance, Shipping or related field.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Resilient, possesses a sense of urgency and works well under demanding timelines
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
