We are looking for a software consultant to become the key customer-facing team member. You will be involved in the full implementation lifecycle including requirements elicitation, design, configuration, integration, testing, documentation, training, and support.

Responsibilities
- As a software consultant, in your everyday life you support *existing customer implementations. You communicate directly with the customers and try to resolve the issues they face or understand the need behind a request. As you get more experienced, your goal is to translate what you hear to *functional and technical requirements for the development team.
- You are involved in *designing *new software features. You review and optimize existing ones.
- You create use cases for testing, and you execute tests.
- You create and maintain documentation, both internal and external.
- You perform customer *trainings *and create training material.
- You care about the customers, and you want to make their everyday life easier. You take the time to understand their business, their concerns. You believe that the customers’ remarks are an opportunity to empower your relationship and to come up with product enhancements.
- You like technical stuff, and you are eager to pick up new skills and talents as you go. New technologies fascinate you.

Basic Requirements
- Passion for Software: An enthusiasm for technology and its potential to make a difference.
- Accounting Know-How: At least a basic understanding of accounting principles. This is essential as you'll be bridging the gap between technology and finance.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for the finer points, ensuring quality and precision in your work.
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or other related field with quantitative focus.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Greek & English (written and verbal).
Good to Have
- Familiarity with SQL
- Basic understanding of APIs.
