Bank Relationship Officer

Our Client in the Banking Sector is hiring qualified and experienced CRMO as part of their sales team in Apapa and Ikorodu Lagos to help build and maintain relationship with customers. Develop, exploits and consummates sales opportunities. They also help in observing competitors to see what strategies are being used in order to stay ahead of the Competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
  • Contribute to Commercial Business Development, execution of bank commercial sales plans, in order to achieve desirable profitability.
  • To book quality risk assets and monitor for effective and efficient performance of such loans
  • Understand and analyze clients' financial goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and take proactive steps to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet clients' needs.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and regulations to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Monitor clients' accounts, track performance, and provide regular reports.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of HND in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 Years Proven work experience in commercial relationship management or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value commercial clients.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with commercial lending and credit analysis.
  • Understanding of risk management and compliance procedures.

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
