Alister Partner is looking for an experienced independent Business Development Executive/Manager for Recruitment business with passion and drive in Sales & Marketing to join our pioneer team that operates on honesty, equality, trust and sharing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring new business opportunities for Recruitment service and keeping good relationships with the existing clients.
  • Coordinating with clients, internal teams and/or partners for smooth operations until the completion of the projects
  • Providing guidance and/or advices to clients, team members and/or partners in related business matters.
  • Filing and maintaining the data and information related.
  • Preparing and submitting reports on a timely basis
  • Researching, analysing and keeping up to date with the trends and markets

Requirements:

  • At least Bachelor degree in any field
  • Passions in business development for recruitment service
  • Self-initiator, self-driven to accomplish the target
  • High commitment, integrity and confidentiality mindset and skills
  • Proven success sales/projects records for recruitment service
