- We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Intermediate Customer Service Representatives to join our dedicated team. As an Intermediate Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess customer needs to provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Ms word, Exxcel, Power Point software/tool.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
