Are you passionate about working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a colleague in our Supply Chain team to continuously improve forecast accuracy to deliver high customer service levels and simultaneously support the reduction of finished goods inventory.

About the position!
As a Demand Planner you have an operational job, so you need to be able to get energy in spotting short term challenges and agreeing with supply planning and sales contacts on rapid solutions making the best out of a supply issue or last-minute demand opportunity. On daily basis you will analyze a lot of data and generate weekly, monthly and long-term forecast based on baseline trending, marketing and sales initiative and market trends. Ensures that forecast accuracy and bias is within target.
You will Co-lead in the Weekly Demand and Supply meetings to manage changes in demand, optimize use of company resources and ensure best in class customer service.
You will also optimize finished goods stock level by maintaining healthy forecast as well through challenging product supply.
You will check feasibility of timings and production capacity of innovations and relaunches and translate phasing in and out plan in the planning system in cooperation with the Supply Chain Operations and Customer teams.
You will lead and participate in relevant meetings of the S&OP cycle with Marketing and Sales to identify sales opportunities and bridge the gaps. You will also lead continuous improvement of FA/FB which creates positive impact to cost, inventory and case fill.
So what does it take to be successful in this role?
You have minimum 2 years of experience in Demand Planning or related roles (preferably at FMCG).
Knowledge of demand planning and systems, e.g. SAP/ Excel is a must.
You have strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude, as well as good analytical skills, an interest in detail and are comfortable dealing with large amounts of numerical data.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and it will take hard work and determination; we will give you the ownership you need to make an impact.
You are fluent in English.
