Key responsibilities
a. Conduct and/or review Risk Assessments and assist in identifying and assessing risks arising from the workplace
b. Drive, coordinate, and implement all Workplace Safety and Health Initiatives
c. Conduct Workplace Safety and Health audits and incident investigations
d. Produce Site Workplace Safety and Health Reports on a regular basis
e. Ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety and Health regulations and statutory requirements
f. Co-ordinate Workplace Safety and Health Meetings and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and training
g. Conduct regular inspections of the worksite and recommend reasonably practical control measures at the workplace
h. Assist in preparation of various reports, documents and forms for ISO, safety and/ or customer’s audit
i. Any other ad hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
a. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
b. Highly motivated and a team player
c. Ability to response to emergency
d. Risk assessment and hazard analysis
e. Ability to perform safety audits and inspection.
