The Role- LCL / FCL / Air bkg with forwarders- Follow up with forwarders on vessel booking / flight details / Permits / BL / AWB- Ensuring all shipments are pick up on time by forwarders- Sending Pre-alert to COM & customer for KN & courier- Printing of invoices for courier implants- Issuing of COO & LC (if require) Update GST track in GOMS for drops ship & normal shipments- Scanning of documents (BL/AWB/Permits/ Delivery order) and saving it in the shared folder- AWB & invoices to be pasted on the box (FEDEX & DHL) and- Weekly reporting to TGF on abnormalities at the end of each work day
To be Successful, you will need:
- Experience in Sales Operation with Forwarders- Able to manage enquires from customers
