Roles and Responsibilities:
- Overseeing contracts with customers, vendors, suppliers, partners, for all entities
- Performing editing, proofreading, and formatting of legal documents, while facilitating the signing and notarization process
- Establishing and maintaining contract management systems and databases to ensure efficient access and retrieval
- Documenting all changes and amendments during contract execution
- Ensuring compliance with both external regulations and internal organizational standards for legal and regulatory records
- Providing support for audits, inspections, divestitures, due diligence, and litigation activities
- Fulfilling other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and exposure in compliance, legal contract management and/or administration
- Prior hands-on experience with contracts, regulatory compliance and PDPA
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) or comparable systems is preferred.
- Ability to articulate legal issues in a clear and convincing manner
- Good written and communication skills in English and Chinese Language
- Proficient in MS and office productivity software
