Responsibilities:

  • The key responsibilities of this role is to maintain and service existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify sales opportunities and closing sales
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on accounts and leads
  • Build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
  • Meeting customers to build rapport, maintain relationship, and expand database of customers
  • Processing quotations, item status, arranging for deliveries to ensure customers orders are scheduled on-time
  • Follow up on sales order, shipment and payment status
  • Respond to customers' enquiries including quotations, order status, delivery schedules etc. promptly
  • Handles post-sales follow-ups or enquiries from customers
