Job Description Team Summary**

Visa’s Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is accountable for the end to end hiring of people across the region whilst providing thought leadership and consultative direction to our business. We are a team of recruiters dispersed across the region working in close collaboration with our business and community every day.

What a Sourcing Recruiter does at Visa:

  • Creative research & sourcing of diverse talent from industries that would complement and help drive Visa’s ambitious growth targets.
  • Provide talent and market insights to the Talent Acquisition Partners and business stakeholders that helps to inform and influence talent strategy.
  • Actively promotes Visa’s employee value proposition.
  • Constantly look for ways to innovate and improve the way we hire at Visa.

Qualifications What you will need**:

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition from both an agency and in house environment.
  • Excellent research and project / program management skills and experience gained from in house Talent Acquisition and or an executive Search environment.
  • Ability to adjust to multiple tasks / demands and constantly shifting priorities under tight deadlines and time constraints.
  • A strong track record of recruitment delivery that includes both a diverse range of skill sets and market experience.
  • A consultative, strategic and solution-oriented approach to how you manage relationships with your stakeholders.
  • To be highly organised and structured in the way you approach your work.

What will also help:

  • Experience working in a large multi-national environment.
  • Experience recruiting for any of the following skill sets: Sales, Product Management and Consulting.
