Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair on AC or chiller systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and diagnose technical issues on AC or chiller systems, including refrigerant leaks, faulty components, or electrical problems.
- Repair the electrical setup
- Repair or replace damaged or worn-out components of AC or chiller systems to restore system functionality.
- Charge refrigerants and conduct pressure testing on AC or chiller systems to ensure proper balance.
- Install new AC or chiller systems according to client specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
- Provide advice to clients on routine maintenance and proper usage to enhance the lifespan and performance of AC or chiller systems.
- Present repair and service reports to clients, including cost breakdowns and recommendations for additional repairs if needed.
- Maintain tools and working equipment properly and ensure workplace cleanliness after completion of work.
