Now, we're Hiring for a FINANCE AR/AP Supervisor:
Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role:

  • Have a working knowledge and experience with SAP:

  • Control all transactions related to daily payables and receivables

  • Carry out regular coordination and meetings
  • Respond to all issues that require a quick solution
  • Ensure all documents related to customer related to customers and vendors is complete and neat
  • Monitor accounts payable data consistently
  • Resolving receivables that are difficult to collect in the field
  • Make a warning to sales if there are customer signs that are difficult to collect
  • Making improvements to simplify the work process in the team
  • Make daily/weekly/monthly reports as needed
  • Willing to be placed at Madison Park, West Jakarta (WFO).
