JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, mega trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Conduct site visits and business trips to assess new business opportunities and trends.
  • Enhance the relationship with existing contacts base of industrial players, eco-system players, business owners, potential investors, and strategic partners and to develop good networking and capture new business opportunities to develop business and investment projects presently owned by the Company.
  • Formulate and deliver robust business plans on projects, property management and land sales and to seek business opportunities for the Company
  • Strong and close collaboration with various parties within the Group of Companies to assist in developing an on-going Business Plan with effective Sales and Marketing strategies for Business Development in accordance to the Stakeholders /Management directives/objectives.
  • Deliver Preliminary Business Concept Development/ Analysis and Feasibility Studies.
  • Developing a business development strategy focused on financial gain
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients & stakeholders
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
  • Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
  • Give necessary advice to the related stakeholders for improving the way the business operates.
  • Carry out business forecasts and analysis and present the findings to senior management/ the board of directors
  • Develop good relationships with customers /clients /stakeholders
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals/reports/presentations for the Company’s decision-making

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Property Management / Business Administration / Finance / Investment / Economy / Real Estate.

  • Good presentation skills
  • IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets

Salary: RM15,000.00 - RM20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
