JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Planning, implementing, and managing the development of the project from the initial stage to the product delivery with a focus on project completion within the specified period as stated in the project schedule.
  • Monitoring the project investment and budgeted costs and taking preventive measures to ensure actual costs do not exceed 30% of budgeted costs including the cost of purchasing land and primary/secondary infrastructure.
  • Responsible for achieving the targeted quality of the project based on the QLassic achievement score exceeding 70% and mínimal complaints during the defect period.
  • Conduct discussions with the authorities to obtain approval for land or infrastructure development within a specified period including roads/intersections, drainage, and earthworks, and facilitate the route of utility services to meet the needs of the project.
  • Managing the rapport/relationships with consultants and contractors and ensuring the project development is carried out and meets the specifications and quality standards.
  • Responsible for handing over infrastructure projects to the relevant authorities and ensuring all matters regarding maintenance, security, and insurance of projects are to be managed until handover has been completed.
  • Ensure supporting documents for CPC are obtained from Local Authorities and service providers such as Tenaga Nasional Berhad, Syarikat Air Johor, and Indah Water Konsortium Sdn Bhd.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering/ Construction Management/ Property Management or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of working experience.
  • Project Management, Contract Management, Project Finance/Costing, Negotiation skills, Risk Management and Stakeholder Management are advantages.
  • Strong communication skills.

Salary: RM20,000.00 - RM30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
