Job Highlight:
- * Basic* RM5,000 to RM8,000 (base on experience) + Commision (Can up to RM15,000)
- Research and source potential clients and build long-term relationships with them.
- Persuade prospective clients to engage in a phone conversation and/or meeting to discuss financial planning
- Advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Customize programs to suit individual clients
- Deliver approved policies to new clients and explain benefits and risks
- Keep abreast of industry and market trends and best practices
- Work towards achieving sales targets and goals set by the management, ensuring consistent performance and revenue generation.
- Welcome fresh graduates and provide them with comprehensive training in insurance and investment advisory practices.
- Offer flexibility in work locations, with options available in both Johor Bahru (Taman Molek) and Kuala Lumpur (Petaling Jaya).
