JOB DESCRIPTION - PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

DEPARTMENT : PRE-POUR

Assist and report to the production engineer / manager.
To do rebar inspection before inspected by Engineer and RTO. Any discrepancy on drawing or rebar/mesh, need seek engineer assistance.
Ensure casting according to production schedule given by Engineer/Production Manager.
Ensure Sub-Contractor fabricate and install rebar/mesh as per latest drawing.
Ensure sub-con carry out proper casting method as per PQP.
Ensure sub-con fix sufficient external vibrators and pokers.
Ensure no grout licking from mould during casting in progress.
Follow up with QC Departments for their comments. Ensure all the comments implement during pre-pour inspection.
Closely monitor sub-con progress to achieve daily/weekly and monthly target given by production manager.
Minimize rebar wastage at pre-pour stage.
Ensure line housekeeping in daily basis.
Respond to superior timely via WhatsApp.

DEPARTMENT : POST-POUR

Assist and report to the production engineer / manager.
Carry out daily post-pour checking. Liase with sub-contractor on the defects and monitor the rectification works. Ensure sub-con complete the retification works timely.
Follow up with QC Department for their comments. Ensure rectify all the comments by QC Department and follow as per PQP.
Transfer modules to storage yard. Ensure enough space at production line for upcoming modules.
Arrange modules as per order by main-contractor/PP09. ensure the readiness of the delivery modules in advance and avoid the last minutes arrangements.
Liase with logistic department for delivery arrangement.
Deliver modules to Singapore as per PP09.
Communicate with pre-pour team to minimize defect at pre-pour stage.
Ensure line housekeeping in daily basis.
Respond to superior timely via WhatsApp.
