Descrição
Direct supervision of site architecture works with ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Liaise with all sub-contractors on work arrangements in accordance with construction works programs.
- Carry out architectural works quality control checks, monitoring and maintenance of defects.
- Daily progress monitoring and make sure daily work activities is recorded.
- Preparation of request for information and non-conformance reports.
- Able to manage workers, subcontractors and public relation with clients & supervising consultants.
- To ensure compliance of Safety, Health and Environment (S.H.E) policies and procedures.
- Any other duties as assigned by the Superior and/or the Management.
Additional Requirements
- Willing to work in Johor Bahru / Willing to relocate to Johor Bahru
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in construction.
- Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering or its equivalent.
- Willing to work for 6 days - Monday to Saturday ( 8am - 5pm)
- The ability to start immediately.
