Primary Purpose

You will lead by example, set the tone for the cafe, and provide feedback to your team that will result in more efficient, productive, and profitable cafe that exceed Coach service expectations.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...

  • Oversee daily cafe operations, including managing staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Oversee scheduling of staff members and be able to quickly find replacements in the event of a staff member being sick or absent
  • Monitor budgets to ensure that the café remains profitable. Actively find ways to lower operational costs while expanding the cafés customer base
  • Taking inventory of café supplies and ordering new stock as needed
  • Work closely with customers to answer questions and listen to complaints regarding food quality and customer service before working to resolve those complaints promptly
  • Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback
  • Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are followed and maintain a clean and organized work environment

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of managerial experience in the food or hospitality industry
  • Ability to inspire team to meet and exceed performance standards
  • Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Must have a food handler’s license and be aware of regulations concerning food health and safety
  • Proven management skills with exemplary organizational, time management, communication, and customer service skills
