We are looking for a self-motivated assistant to work close our product growth department. In this position, you will be in charge of producing high-quality content that engages customers and builds brand recognition.
Your responsibilities at ZEN:
- Analysis of existing processes
- Preparation of process documentation
- Preparation of assumptions for changes in the product
- Supporting other employees in the department
We are looking for people who have:
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, marketing or product team
- Good organizational abilities
- Good internal communication skills
- English min B2
