Supply Chain Manager
Join our client's dynamic team as a Supply Chain Performance Management Manager. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business process ownership, optimize global supply chain key performance indicators, and lead impactful projects.

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to Business Process Ownership for Performance Management and Business Intelligence.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Global Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators.
- Support performance dialogues and best practice sharing.
- Contribute to large project teams and lead mid-size projects.
- Maintain and enhance existing Global Supply Chain reporting solutions.
- Facilitate Performance Dialogues and Communities of Practice (CoPs).
- Lead team communication, innovation, and benchmarking.
Requirements:
- Technical/Functional Expertise in Supply Chain and Performance Management.
- Solid experience in SAP, APO, and BI.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SAP BW.
- Lean Six Sigma Education preferred.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Ability to work in teams and value diversity.
- Strong ethics and integrity.
Education & Experience:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Management, or IT.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain.
- Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
