We are looking for a working student who will support our Enterprise Architecture team in the daily business with enthusiasm and joy. You will work in a motivated, dynamic environment in which we are responsible for defining group-wide IT architectures, principles, and standards.

What You Will Do:
- coordinate appointments
- Layout, adapt and proof-read documents
- manage our confluence and SharePoint sites
- correspondence for team management, and collaboration
- collaborate in our service desk and take over some tasks
What You Bring:
- Enrolled as student in a Swiss university or university of applied science preferred in the field of Business Administration or Business Informatics
- Sound IT background or knowledge is a plus
- Good organizational skills, service orientation, accurate working methods
- Strong communication skills, openness, flexibility
- Very good verbal and written skills in English. Good German and Spanish skills are a plus
