Vacancy: Accounts Payable 60% (f/m/x) - *We are looking for a *Accounts Payable 60% (f/m/x) to start immediately for our client, a Swiss based non-profit organizationvbased in the Geneva area. The hire is carried out as employee leasing. The support, placement and all of our additional services are free of charge for you as the applicant.
Missions
- Participating in the efficient operations of the Accounts Payable function, including posting invoices, expenses and travel claims to financial systems, and electronic filing,
- Verifying invoices submitted for payment in accordance with the organization's processes and procedures, matching supporting documentation and ensuring the use of adequate project codes. Ensuring that supporting documentation is organized and available for review by approvers,
- Allocation of credit cards expenses and reconciliation of account,
- Creation of new vendors and modification on existing vendors,
- Send debit advice to staff,
- Accounts payable reconciliations,
- Involved with the month end closing cycle including balance sheet account reconciliation,
- Support on the new procurement system,
- Ability to document tasks with clarity,
- Ad-hoc tasks.
Your Qualification and Skills
- 2-5 years' experience in a similar position,
- Accounting background,
- Ideally knowledge of Navision,
- English is a must and a second language is an asset.
- Must be available immediately at 60%.
