Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team

What You Will Work On:

  • Procurement and introduction of budget and forecasting tools for the entire business.
  • Procurement and introduction of systems for business management and follow-up of business goals.
  • Pilot with the social administration for SDK (Secure Digital Communication), including inventory of appropriate communication flows.
  • Coordination of activities for e-archives
  • Procurement and introduction of digital personnel archive
  • Procurement and implementation of a solution for on/off boarding
  • Project lead larger implementation projects that affect many of the customer’s operations.
  • Collaborate when the customer’s Procurement Unit.
  • Work and collaborate with suppliers responsible for system and/or service implementation as well as relevant operations.
  • Work in accordance with the client’s project and portfolio model.
  • Using the project and portfolio management tool Antura.‌

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in project management, specifically managing at least two system implementation projects within municipal operations, each with a scope of at least 6 months.
  • Extensive experience participating in the procurement of IT services or business systems, adhering to the guidelines outlined in the Letter of Understanding (LoU).
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of municipal operations and/or public administration processes.
  • Proficiency with Antura, demonstrating the ability to effectively utilize the platform in project management activities.
  • Hands-on experience in introducing budget and forecasting tools to enhance financial management processes.
  • Strong skills in change management, including the ability to assess organizational readiness, develop strategies for implementation, and conduct training sessions for stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent in English and Swedish

Salary: 30 000,00kr - 60 000,00kr per month
