M Luxury Recruitment is searching for a Front of House Manager for a leading Luxury hotel in the Leinster area of Ireland.
The Front of House Manager assumes full responsibility for the operation of this important Hotel function. The primary duty will be to direct team members to deliver the highest levels of guest care by maintaining standards that are consistent with the hotel's values. The manager will proactively anticipate our guest's every need and deliver a hospitality experience that consistently over-delivers on expectations.
Role information:
- Overall responsibility of the entire Front Office function including Managing the front desk team, concierge, door staff, Night Audit, bellstand etc.
- To manage the correct allocation of room types and stock
- To proactively plan the reception department on a daily, weekly, and annual basis ensuring adequate resources to deliver service levels based on hotel occupancy and trends
- Using training and management influence to continually develop all team members.
- To positively promote the Hotel’s reputation and as a destination of choice for repeat business
- To ensure that reasonable care is taken for the health and safety of colleagues and customers and any third-party service providers on site
