Wedding Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including budgeting, vendor selection, and guest services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding clients and vendors.
  • Create detailed event timelines and schedules.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare event layouts.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all services are provided according to the contract.
  • Supervise the setup and breakdown of the event.
  • Ensure that all guest needs and requests are met.
  • Maintain accurate records and files for each event.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wedding clients and guests.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in wedding planning or a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
  • Knowledge of wedding industry trends and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Salary: Up to €38,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
