Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the wedding planning process, including budgeting, vendor selection, and guest services.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for wedding clients and vendors.
- Create detailed event timelines and schedules.
- Conduct site visits and prepare event layouts.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all services are provided according to the contract.
- Supervise the setup and breakdown of the event.
- Ensure that all guest needs and requests are met.
- Maintain accurate records and files for each event.
- Provide exceptional customer service to wedding clients and guests.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and industry professionals.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience in wedding planning or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software.
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Salary: Up to €38,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
