Primary Responsibilities:
1. Engage with members of the public in an outdoor setting, presenting our client charities in a positive and compelling manner.
Achieve daily targets set by the management to ensure consistent performance.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the charities we represent, their missions, and their impact.
Use provided training and support to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company standards and guidelines at all times.
Skills Required:
- Passion for charitable causes and making a difference.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors, come rain or shine.
- Resilient, self-driven, and not afraid of hard work.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not necessary.
