Our client, a busy community pharmacy in the heart of Waterford city is looking for an enthusiastic Support Pharmacist to join their team.
This is a part-time position, which can be fully flexible to suit you. They are open from 8.30am till 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9.30am to 2pm Saturday. Closed Sundays and Bank holidays.
About Your New Job
Main responsibilities include:
- Providing a standard of excellence in patient/customer service, advising, and assisting when required.
- Stock Management including ordering & stock replenishment.
- Provide a safe and efficient dispensing service in accordance with pharmacy guidelines.
- Ensuring a safe and effective delivery of medicines.
- Make sure all aspects of law, ethics and codes of practice as laid down by the PSI are strictly adhered to.
- Deal with complaints or problems with a pleasant attitude.
- Any other duties that may be required.
- You must be able to perform to a high standard of competence in the following skill sets with minimum supervision and direction.
What Skills You Need
- PSI registered
- Trained in vaccine administration - willing to train if not.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills.
