Advanced Medical Services based in Monahan Road, Cork is the leading provider of onsite medical services. We work with schools, sporting organisations, corporates and hospitals. AMS Diagnostics is a consultant led direct access diagnostics service for GP's and their patients. The service has been established to allow for swift access to outpatient cardiology and respiratory investigations.
In your role you will be responsible for the Administrative support to AMS Diagnostics Team including; scheduling calls; scanning, printing and preparation of presentations.
Provide admin support to clients and offer support and solutions to clients on any queries raised by them.
Reception duties for Diagnostic Clinic
Processing and Dispatch of Home test kits with any relevant administration. You will control stocks and conduct a timely monthly stock count and investigate any discrepancies.
You will be responsible for all supplies required for the office and canteen ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Reception duties for Diagnostic Clinic
Full training provided in all areas.
You will possess the following skills and competencies

Good communication skills and pleasant patient and helpful manner.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good computer skills required.
Job Types: Full-time - 5 days per week: Monday to Friday ordinarily 9.00 to 17.30 with one Saturday per month if requested.
Salary: €25,000.00 per annum
