YOUR ROLE

• Ensures and is accountable for profitability of the store by growing sales and controlling costs of goods, inventory levels, labour, supplies and expenses.
• Ensures proper team member coverage, scheduling according to the needs of business while maintaining target labour costs.
• Maintains a clean well-merchandised store, following visual presentation plans and standards.
• Plans, executes and communicates all sales promotions and new product information effectively and efficiently with staff.
• Record and monitor all waste.
• Promotes and practices safe work habits, identifying and resolving potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and any team member or customer incidents. Documents accidents, conducts initial investigation and determination of root cause in the interest of maintaining a safe work environment. Conducts monthly safety meetings ensuring team member compliance in all safety initiatives.
• Ensures allergen management system/paperwork/labels are up to date and reviewed weekly.
• Follow / Implements current HACCP and food safety. Carry out weekly hygiene audits.
• Provides ongoing training and development to all team members in the areas of operating standards, customer service and product knowledge.
• Continually develops team members, establishing specific performance objectives, and

measuring team member performance regularly.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience in Coffee/Café Management
• Track record of achieving targets and implementing business strategies
• Ability to manage large teams - rosters, holidays, recruitment, development
• Have a passion for food & beverage and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment

KPIS:
Maintain a consistent and above all profitable café operation, tracking Labour and goods percentages regularly

Ensuring a positive public image, minimum google review rating to be agreed

Comply with brand standards ensuring store is successful in any external audits taking place

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From €3,000.00 per month
