- Working with Omada Version 14.15.
- Ticket handling in second line.
- Special cases for identity merges based on mover processes.
Required Skills:
- The basis of your qualification is an IT education / study or a comparable qualification paired with IT affinity.
- A pro-active and structured way of working, your focus is on the quality of the results.
- Relevant professional experience in Omada solutions.
- An independent and systematic way of working and a high degree of personal initiative.
- Fluent in English language written and spoken. German or Swedish would be a plus.
- Ability to work in a team and the ability to work independently.
