WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Creative Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion for ad-hoc and retainer-based requests. You will be working alongside creative team members (designers, developers, copywriters, etc.) and strategists, all while supported by your fellow team of project managers in Europe and the US. Your typical tasks will include:
- Managing the end-to-end production process for digital campaigns, including budgeting, scheduling, and team resource allocation - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards;
- Establishing new and nourishing existing relationships with clients and external partners;
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients on project-related matters, supporting them with valuable insights to ensure project success;
- Leveraging your and the team’s expertise in interpreting briefs, understanding campaign objectives and requirements, and finding the best way to tackle them;
- Working closely with creative and production teams to facilitate seamless collaboration and a supportive team dynamic;
- Ensuring quality control of your own and others’ work - providing your team with feedback on ideas, concepts, and prototypes, as well as meticulously scanning for typos, misplaced pixels, etc.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe that you're a dynamic individual who effortlessly balances technical expertise with exceptional interpersonal skills. You possess a keen eye for detail and organization, coupled with a natural ability to foster collaboration and communication within diverse teams and with clients alike.
- 3-7 years experience working in a similar role at a creative agency, digital studio, or production company.
- Proficiency across the entire project lifecycle, from scoping to execution and evaluation.
- Experience working on global campaigns, including localizations.
- Experience creating project scopes and timelines, and maintaining project health;
- Excellent communication skills, including client-facing communication.
- Experience with Excel and/or Google Sheet formulas.
- Solid general knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, including an understanding of campaign lifecycle, with emphasis on performance/media planning.
- Ability to process new information and respond in a timely manner.
- Proven record of being patient, reliable, and composed under pressure.
- An eye for good design and high-quality execution.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve independently and with your team.
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must; fluency in Swedish is a plus.

Salary: 32 000,00kr - 48 000,00kr per month
