You're responsibilities as Tech Lead, R&D - Industrial IoT Platform will be:
- Manage the technical aspects of research and development activities to create an Industrial IoT platform that uses computer vision for innovative data generation
- Develop and maintain the system architecture and ensure proper documentation of all activities and systems.
- Provide technical direction and support to the development team to ensure the successful implementation of the Industrial IoT platform
- Ensure quality standards are met providing mentorship and coaching to team members
- Oversee the delivery of projects, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards
- Collaborate with other teams, stakeholders and external partners to communicate technical information and provide regular updates on project progress
- Showing your curious mindset, searching for solutions for real-life problems being in close contact with the users for your solutions
- Stay current with the latest developments in computer vision, IoT architectures, web development, data analytics and provide recommendations to the team and leadership.
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you:
- MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, SW Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Applied Mathematics
- At least 5 years of software development experience with proven ability of managing technical activities and deliver software projects
- Solid understanding of IoT systems architecture and web development technologies
- Experience with.Net environment
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and data analytics activities
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a continuous delivery approach to software development
- Curious about technology and a quick learner with the ability to understand the potential, requirements, and restrictions of new technologies
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Very good English communication abilities
