SAP Administrator/personal Assistant

Foodstuffs North Island-Palmerston North, Nova Zelândia

We are looking for an SAP Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our store to help with a wide range of tasks. No two days will be the same! Ideally we are looking for someone with existing SAP or PA experience, and also someone that is a fast learner.

The primary role is to support the Owners with any requirements in the day to day running of the store, including:

  • Ensuring all our invoices and statements are accurate and uploaded as required
  • Assisting with day to day tasks and projects as set by the Owners
  • Photocopying/scanning as required
  • Assisting with SAP - parked invoices, GRIR, consumption, journals, coupons, vendor management
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the Owner Operator
  • Liaising with our Support Centre team to resolve any issues in a timely fashion
  • Working with key people within the store to ensure our processes are correct, and providing support where needed
  • Running our two monthly GST
  • Liaising with Buyers on vendors
  • Coding transactions into the appropriate general ledger account
  • Potentially picking up the wages function in time
  • Willing and able to jump in to various departments if we are short on the day

SAP/PA/Finance/Accounting experience all preferred but not essential.
