The Senior Supply Chain Specialist ensures an uninterrupted supply of our Company’s products and services to the market.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the efficient flow of products from sites to market.
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock planning based on targets while minimizing holding costs, including IQV and expiry risk by working closely with lab and warehouse team.
  • The master data management, monitoring critical performance indicators, and addressing critical errors.
  • And identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the supply chain. Initiating, executing, or leading projects, improvement initiatives, or process changes impacting the replenishment process is part of the responsibilities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks in the supply chain, including disruptions and delays.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess the health and efficiency of the supply chain.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in Supply Chain Management or related majors. Minimum. 2 years of relevant experience in SCM for pharmaceutical companies.
  • Good at details and communication and coordination, SAP system experience and proficient in using office software Experience in coordinating and managing end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Experience using data to identify trends and issues, and report on them Previous experience working with reporting suites (such as Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI) will be advantageous and excellent command of both written and spoken English.
