Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for commercial banking customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Offer financial advice and guidance to customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, cross-selling banking products and services.
- Analyze customers' financial information and perform risk assessments to determine creditworthiness.
- Monitor the financial performance and activity of assigned accounts regularly, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to provide customized financial solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in relationship management within a commercial banking environment.
- Proven experience in commercial banking or related roles.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Familiarity with the local market and industry practices.
- Experience in credit analysis and risk assessment
