Position: Store Manager

Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service.
Analyze sales reports and trends to make informed business decisions.
Customer Service Excellence:
- Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide information on products, promotions, and services.
- Ensure customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly.
Sales and Upselling:
- Actively engage in sales activities to achieve targets.
- Identify and capitalize on upselling opportunities.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest products and services.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of merchandise.
- Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Stock Management:
- Monitor and replenish stock as needed.
- Keep the store well-organized and visually appealing.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive work environment.
- Provide support during busy periods or to cover breaks.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English language fluency. Extra knowledge of other languages will be much appreciated.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proactive and adaptable with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions.
