Mechanical Engineering Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and expand a standard pump repair portfolio.

2. Grow and diversify company's customer base.

3. Analyze client’s issues and develop plans to mitigate them.

4. Maintain a complete and accurate record of all service assets and spares.

5. Manage the service team by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating

6. professional work processes to achieve set service targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Previous or current exposure to equipment installations and “Mechanical Fitting Practices.”

1. Shaft and coupling alignment, both multiple dial and laser methods.

2. General experience with rotating equipment such as blowers, compressors, gear reducers, motor drives, and ideally on multi-stage pumps.

3. Exposure to pump systems, fault finding and pump systems start-up, and commissioning practices.

4. Sound engineering practices with regard to fitting of tolerance components, such as sleeves, impellers, couplings etc. (Knowledge of fits and tolerances).

5. Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.

Salary 1,000,000 - 1,200,000

Salary: ₦1,000,000.00 - ₦1,200,000.00 per month
