Summary
Reporting to the IT Enterprise Application Manager, you will be responsible for the analysis, configuration, implementation, documentation, and maintenance of various EDI Trade Partners managed by the Information Technology department. This person also focuses on daily monitoring EDI/IDOC operations and provide analysis and troubleshooting support of FGF’s EDI/IDOC and ERP System.

Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze and review transactional specifications required by trade partner.
- Gather all business and system requirements.
- Perform analysis on business process, system process and EDI process.
- Generate gap analysis and process flow on each transactional set.
- Analyze EDI/IDOC Data and mapping structure.
- Assure all required EDI documentation is performed and completed.
- Work with the ERP team to configure and develop solutions in the ERP system to use for EDI.
- Administer EDI project assigned and perform follow-up within project timeline.
- Coordinate with third party EDI providers and Trade Partners according to defined standards and policies as needed.
- Perform various end to end testing on all EDI transactions and evaluate results for all new and existing Trade partners.
- Manage and Create BP profile and define partner profile for EDI new trade partner with business and master data team.
- Configure, maintain and update EDI ISA profile detail.
- Setup new trade partner profile for EDI system and coordinate with Business team for cross reference values for all customers, 3PL and vendors
- Setup and maintain ASN EDI structure in OMS system.
- Mentor and deliver training sessions to business on EDI business process.
- Monitor all incoming/outgoing EDI transactions and reprocess and retransmit documents when necessary.
- Monitor, Investigate and reprocess IDOC transaction failures when necessary.
- Manage time sensitive and production data flow (i.e. Orders, Invoice, warehouse entry)
- Troubleshoot all EDI/IDOC document errors and work with corresponding operations team or trade partners to resolve issue.
- Provide EDI functional support to Techcare team, order entry team, supply chain and AP/AR team for functional and technical issues.
- Learn new tools and processes whenever is required.
- Prepare and present manuals and reports related to EDI data processing operations.
- Produce and consolidate all documents on each EDI transaction
Required Experience
- In Information Systems; Applied Sciences or Software Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience in Business systems analysis or programming
- Experience with MS technologies including Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook etc.
- Familiar with EDI transaction set process flow
- Strong understanding of B2B and Supply Chain processes
- Experience with Data Entry, Data Processing and Data Cleaning
- Experience with Data Administration, Monitoring and Tracking
- Strong Data Analytical Skill and Attention to Detail

- Ability to shift back and forth between tasks without losing composure and compromising productivity.
- Creative, problem solver who can multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful with a strong sense of urgency

- Knowledgeable with EDI and/or IDOC
- knowledgeable with SAP - SD/MM Module Business Operations
- Experience with IDOC Structure and Familiar with IDOC Errors
- Experience with XML
- Experience with change control
- Database experience (data mapping)
