Responsibilities:

  • Coffee Artistry: Craft exceptional coffee and espresso-based beverages that delight our customers' taste buds, while ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding, friendly, and efficient service to our valued patrons, making their experience exceptional.
  • Cash Handling: Manage the cash register, handle transactions, and maintain accuracy in processing payments.
  • Coffee Area: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee preparation area, restocking supplies, and ensuring the workspace is presentable at all times.
  • Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed in our menu offerings and able to recommend items to customers based on their preferences.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations, from taking orders to fulfilling them promptly.
  • Adherence to Policies: Follow all company policies and guidelines for food safety, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Passion for coffee and a genuine interest in the art of coffee-making.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Cash handling and point-of-sale system experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Training in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
