We are seeking a confident and experienced in Internal Communication Professional for Stakeholder Engagement and Management. Responsible for executing an effective internal communication strategy that fosters an informed and engaged workforce. This role focuses on reflecting progress, success stories and organizational messages, initiatives, and updates to employees, ensuring alignment with style guide, values and goals.
- Should have previous experience in developing and successfully delivering internal communication plans and strategies, with evidence of tangible outcomes.
- Craft clear, concise, and engaging communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations.
- Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal and external communications mediums.
- Support in planning and executing internal events, town hall meetings, and employee initiatives to facilitate open dialogue and information sharing.
- Leverage internal communication tools and platforms to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
Requirements:
- Storyboard or translate ideas to the creative team and designers.
- Should have 5-7 years’ experience in communication / public relations / stakeholder engagement.
