As a CGI Producer, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire process of computer-generated imagery projects from conception to completion. Key responsibilities include:
Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of CGI artists, animators, and technical experts, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Client Interaction: Act as the main point of contact between clients and the production team, ensuring that client expectations are understood and met.

Budget Management: Work closely with finance and project management teams to establish and manage project budgets, monitoring expenditures throughout the production process.

Creative Direction: Provide creative guidance and ensure that the CGI elements align with the project's artistic vision and goals.

Risk Management: Anticipate potential challenges and risks, developing strategies to mitigate issues that may impact the project timeline or quality.

Workflow Optimization: Streamline production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and overall project delivery.

Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that CGI assets meet the project's standards and specifications.

Contract Negotiation/Bidding: Participate in contract negotiations/bidding, ensuring that terms and conditions align with project requirements and industry standards.

Technology Adoption: Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, making informed decisions about the adoption of new tools or methodologies.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the original plan.

Post-Production Oversight: Coordinate the final stages of post-production, including reviews, revisions, and the delivery of the final CGI assets.
