Our Company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Operations to lead our Parking division in the Gulf countries. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for expanding and overseeing our parking operations, ensuring profitability, optimizing costs, and enhancing overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage P & L accountability, optimizing revenue and costs.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new sites and ensure successful integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create customer-centric market propositions.
• Analyse financial data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.
• Manage relationships with partners, clients, and vendors to enhance service offerings.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and health and safety requirements.
• Develop and execute training programs to improve staff performance and customer interactions.
• Provide clear vision and direction, fostering a professional work environment.
• Demonstrate effective financial management through budgeting and cost controls.
• Utilize management information to influence business decisions effectively.

• Proven experience in parking operations management and revenue generation.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Financial acumen and ability to manage budgets efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a parking operations context.

Skillset:

• Effective communicator with the ability to articulate financial complexity.
• Experience in end-to-end sales and/or multi-site commercial/retail.
• Ability to develop new and existing business relationships.
• Strong financial/commercial acumen with understanding of P&L process.
• Experience in pricing models and multi-site revenue generation.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Commitment to personal growth, resilience, accountability, and integrity.
• Operational working environment experience preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business studies or engineering discipline.
• Parking related qualifications.
• European as well as Gulf experience preferred.

Location: Middle East

Salary: QAR25,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
