Key Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully managing teams of over 20 staff in engineering and maintenance:
5 years of experience as an engineering manager or director role:
Solid expertise in all building and preventative maintenance programs:
Fluent in Arabic and English
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee engineering and maintenance teams
- Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs
- Ensure the efficient operation of all engineering aspects in a 300-room hotel setting
- Provide strategic direction for the engineering department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise hotel performance
