We are Hiring for a reputed Medical center in Saudi Arabia for the role of Gynecologist
As a gynecologist, your role involves providing medical care and treatment to female patients, focusing on reproductive health and wellness. Your responsibilities may include:
1. Routine examinations: Performing routine gynecological examinations, including pelvic exams, Pap smears, breast exams, and screenings for sexually transmitted infections (STIs).
Diagnosing and treating gynecological conditions: Identifying and diagnosing gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, pelvic pain, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, and menopausal symptoms. Developing treatment plans and providing appropriate medical or surgical interventions.
Pregnancy care: Providing prenatal care to pregnant patients, monitoring fetal development, conducting ultrasounds, and managing pregnancy-related complications. Assisting with labor and delivery, if necessary.
Contraceptive counseling: Offering counseling on contraceptive options, including birth control pills, intrauterine devices (IUDs), implants, and sterilization procedures. Providing guidance on family planning and reproductive health.
Menstrual health: Addressing menstrual irregularities, heavy bleeding, and menstrual disorders such as polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or amenorrhea. Recommending appropriate treatments to manage symptoms and improve menstrual health.
Menopausal care: Managing menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, vaginal dryness, and mood changes. Providing hormone replacement therapy or alternative treatments to alleviate menopausal discomfort.
Surgical procedures: Performing gynecological surgeries, including hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, cyst removals, and tubal ligations. Ensuring patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.
Patient education: Educating patients on gynecological health, preventive care, and lifestyle modifications to promote overall well-being. Providing information on sexual health, fertility preservation, and reproductive options.
Collaborating with other healthcare professionals: Working closely with obstetricians, primary care physicians, oncologists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care for patients with complex gynecological conditions.
Maintaining patient records: Documenting patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up care in medical records. Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Salary: RO1,500.000 - RO2,300.000 per month
