Sourcing Value Manager

Within Orange Business, the strategic COSMOS program aims at improving sourcing performance. It has been decided to strengthen the value capture process. The Sourcing Value Manager will be responsible for setting up and running the calculation and approval process to value Sourcing contribution to Orange Business performance.

The main objectives of the position will be to:

• Implement, adapt and manage the sourcing savings calculation and validation process, from savings declaration (secured savings at contract signature) by Buyers down to Purchase Orders and Invoices verification (realised savings).
• Interface with Finance organisation to review realised savings and approve financial impact
• Report on delivered savings and provide analysis to Sourcing Managers, Category Leaders and Financial Controllers.

The Sourcing Value Manager activities include:

• Designing and adjusting the savings calculation and validation process per commodities, in order to ensure that cost reductions, discounts, rebates, credit notes,are well applied in the orders/invoices.
• Reviewing savings declaration quality and methodology with Buyers to ensure streamlined process and data transparency.
• Performing verification per new contracts on sample POs/Invoices and prepare validation template
• Implementing a savings validation calendar with Finance and run financial approval reviews per budget owner
• Formalising requirement to automate savings validation using advanced digital and data solutions

The applicable scope encompasses all Sourcing addressable domains, whatever Sourcing channel (OB, GPS, BuyIn ), including already existing Telecom savings validation process.

Note that in medium term, the perimeter of responsibility may enlarge to environmental value (carbon emissions), depending on regulation and OB value tracking expectations.

base salary from 2,160 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience
