**Responsibilities:

• Techno functional Application support role

Problem Solving:

• Resolve production incidents in a smooth and timely manner with mínimal impact to business
• Put in controls and checks in place to monitor and smooth functioning of production systems
• Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised.
• Stakeholder relationships across all groups within the Bank ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfillment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units.
• Job Holder needs to interact with TCM Trading desk to understand the requirement. One also must review and agree the proposed solution with users.
• One is also expected to analyze various solutions from the market and propose to the users to help grow business.
• Job Holder is expected to understand the problem from the user, get it analyzed and resolved at the earliest to avoid any business impact.
• One is also expected to interact with other group to resolve the problems as needed.
• Job Holder should be capable of independently running the business for Trading Cluster from technology side.
• One also has the responsibility to make sure that there is no impact or downtime of the system in trading hours to avoid impact to business.

Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships:

• Member of the development/ implementation team (including off
• shore) working on assigned tasks, projects and it initiatives.
• Interacts with members and other functional teams including members of the off
• shore team
• Work with team members participating in shadowing and training activities
• Adhere to information controls and security frameworks/ procedures, including change and incident management process
• Provide general administrative support to the team including meetings, knowledge transfer and activity reporting

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility:

• Demonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practices.
• Day-to-day delivery and support of key treasury systems/initiatives
• Work efficiently and prioritize system enhancement/up-grades

Skills:
Must have

• Application support role
• 12-15+ years of total experience.
• Experience in similar role with concrete evidence of working on complex end-to-end systems implementations of Programs.
• Treasury product experience is a must either murex or Kondor,
• Implementation of Fin-mechanics Converge (FMC).
• Technical skills Experience in Tomcat, Java, Windows server, SQL Server, is

a plus.

• Experience in Deployment and Support.
• Superior technical, analytical, and communication capabilities.
• Current on new technology, standards, protocols, and tools in areas relevant to the rapidly changing digital environment.

Nice to have
- BS/B.Tech Degree, MS/M.Tech. preferred.
